Our Patient Participation Group was established to provide an independent review of all our Practice services and to facilitate two-way communication between the Practice and Patients.
The group currently consists of seven volunteer members who are registered with the Practice.
Please ask at reception for a form to complete if you wish to join our group, or telephone and speak to the practice manager, Julie Gordon.
All members are kept up to date with all NHS and Practice policies and procedures for the delivery of all our services.
Any Patients with views or suggestions on our services, may collect a form from the Reception to complete, which may be handed back to Reception or posted in the suggestion box inside the main entrance.
Feedback and the minutes of our meetings will be posted on the surgery noticeboard and below.
